Research Interest: Archaeology, Zooarchaeology, and Ancient Genomics
HAN Yu, who did his Ph.D. course on Archaeology and Ancient Genomics at the School of Archaeology, University of Oxford, joined the LUO in August 2020 as a visiting student. He worked on a collaborative project on the ancient Chinese domestic cat with us, aiming to further the understanding of the origin and human-mediated dispersal of cats in China from an ancient genomic perspective.
