Research Interest: Bioinformatics and Population Genetics
Liu Ke graduated from Zhengzhou University majoring in Bioinformatics. She joined us in 2018 as a senior student and completed her B.S. thesis on comparative genomics analysis of the Yangtze giant softshell turtle. She is currently working on evolutionary adaptation of the Chinese mountain cat and its introgression with domestic cats on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
